CAPITAL PUNISHMENT BOXING CLUB

Located in downtown Harrisburg, Capital Punishment Boxing Club (CPBC) provides high-quality boxing instruction for individuals of all experience levels.

Our facility features a professional boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, and all the equipment needed for effective training.

 Our program combines group instruction with individualized coaching to ensure every member receives the attention they need to develop.

We offer training for men, women, and youth ages 10 and older, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs available. Anyone under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

CPBC is home to a successful team of amateur boxers who compete in tournaments throughout Pennsylvania and across the country, as well as several professional boxers who train at our facility.

 

While competitive boxing is at the heart of our gym, there is no requirement to compete. Many of our members join simply to improve their health, build confidence, or learn practical self-defense skills.

Hours of Operation

​

Monday through Thursday: 5pm to 8pm

​

Most members arrive around 5:30 pm, with organized instruction beginning at 6:00 pm and ending at 7:30 pm.

Rates

​

One time registration fee: $10

Monthly membership: $70

​

We allow one free night to try the gym out. You must schedule an appointment ahead of time.
